KSC Bushido came away with a resplendent haul – snatching two golden medals and one shining bronze! The youngest of them all, Jenna Geerdts, proved unbeatable in the -33kg U11 division. This scrappy 9-year-old from Eißendorf left her competition reeling, all but guaranteeing her victory.
Jenna's jaw-dropping throws and relentless ground game had everyone talking. At the end of it all, she proudly hoisted her trophy and flashed her medal for the cameras.
Her clubmate, the tenacious Tymofii Bovkun, did not disappoint either, taking home gold in the -38kg U11 division. Lukas Kocks narrowly missed out on capturing the bronze. He held his own in the -31kg U13 division against more experienced opponents, battling from the depths to reach the medal round. Unfortunately, a heartbreaking loss in the bronze medal match left him with a 5th place finish. Anes Redjepi managed a respectable 7th place in the U13 over 55kg category.
