The Gagarin District's power duo, Victoria and Nikolai Laptev, descended on the scene and dominated the competition, taking home the Grand Prix title! This year, sixteen resilient teams gathered from across Yakutia, showcasing their exceptional skills in preparing delicious dishes using northern fish.
With contestants hailing from the tiniest of uluses to the urban sprawl of Yakutsk's suburbs, this competition never ceased to amaze. Though strigaining is a well-known craft, this year's contestants brought an abundance of creativity. From classic presentations to inventive marinades, original spices, and avant-garde serving methods, the jury had their work cut out for them.
