Park University Golf Scramble to Take Place at Shoal Creek Golf Course
The annual Park University Golf Scramble is set to tee off on Monday, Oct. 12, 2020, at Shoal Creek Golf Course. Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the tournament will be limited to 25 teams (100 players) to ensure safety measures are maintained.
Registration for the four-person tournament begins at 8:30 a.m., with golfers starting at 10 a.m. using a shotgun start. The registration fees are $225 per golfer or $900 per four-person team.
Sponsorship packages are available, ranging in price from $1,400 to $5,000. For questions about the tournament or sponsorship levels, contact Nathan Marticke at nathan.marticke@our website or (816) 584-6844.
The Park University Golf Scramble benefits the University's Parkville Campus athletics programs. Park University's athletic programs are members of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics and the Heart of America Athletic Conference.
The University competes in 18 intercollegiate sports: men's and women's basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, indoor/outdoor track and field, and volleyball; men's baseball; women's softball and beach volleyball; and co-ed esports. Additionally, Park University has seven developmental (junior varsity) athletic programs in men's and women's basketball and soccer, men's baseball, and women's softball and volleyball.
Unfortunately, the National Golf Club of Kansas City has cancelled events for the year due to the coronavirus pandemic, but the search results do not provide information about the new location for the 2020 Park University Golf Scramble. For the most accurate and updated details regarding the event's new location, we recommend checking official Park University communications, their website, or contacting event organizers directly.
The Park University Golf Scramble, part of the intercollegiate sports offered at Park University, will be held at Shoal Creek Golf Course. Nearly 100 golfers will participate in this charity event benefiting the University's athletics programs.
