Goldberg Suggests Trump May Have Manipulated 2024 Vote Outcome

Host of The View, and ABC News employee, Whoopi Goldberg, proposed the idea that President Donald Trump could manipulate the 2024 presidential election results.

Goldberg Suggests Trump May Have Manipulated 2024 Vote Outcome

It's occasionally necessary to be reminded that Whoopi Goldberg holds a job at ABC News. That's right, she's an employee under the ABC News banner, doling out opinions like it's her day job, you know, just like any ol' news org does.

ABC News and its kin have spent the better part of the past half decade warning us of the dire consequences of questioning the legitimacy of elections. They've shouted from the rooftops that making accusations of rigging or cheating is a criminal act. But these self-righteous news bodies never had an issue when the Democrat Party raised doubts about elections in the past, and they seem to be cool with it again in 2024. Just a little change, that's all.

During a recent episode of "The View," Goldberg threw fuel on the fire, suggesting, without a shred of evidence, that President Donald Trump rigged the 2024 election. It's a free country, after all.

"Trump took credit for Biden's booming economy, claiming investors knew he was gonna win," Goldberg stated. "He should stop saying that because, you know, someone might just investigate how investigators knew he was gonna win. Just puttin' it out there."

Granted, it's a bit rich coming from someone who's employed by a news organization for pete's sake, but hey, here we are.

Goldberg's Gold-Fingered Gamble

But wait, who's the real turncoat here?

When Trump talked about the 2020 election being rigged, he was labeled, censored, and condemned by polite society. It was a test, a litmus of sorts. If you dared suggest the 2020 election wasn't on the level, you were immediately out in the cold.

Now, with Trump winning the 2024 election, questioning the legitimacy of the vote is back in vogue for the political left. This is how it goes; they never hold themselves to the standards they set for others. Goldberg's just one example among many of this twisted two-faced game.

Remember, she's an ABC News employee. Unbelievable.

  1. Despite ABC News and other news organizations regularly warning against questioning election legitimacy, Whoopi Goldberg's unsubstantiated claim about President Donald Trump rigging the 2024 election shows a stark double standard.
  2. Goldberg's statement, made on a recent episode of "The View," mirrors the criticism she and others scrutinized when Trump accused the 2020 election of being rigged.
  3. The irony lies in the fact that Goldberg, as an ABC News employee, is participating in the same kind of speculation and dismissal of evidence she previously condemned.
  4. The Brookings Institution's report, entitled "Disinformation, Misinformation, and the 2024 Election," may provide valuable insights into the growing issue of biased information and political double standards.
  5. The shift in perception towards election legitimacy questions among the political left and their inconsistent adherence to the standards set in policy-and-legislation and general-news discourse makes it crucial for entertainment celebrities, like Goldberg, to be held accountable for their statements that potentially mislead the public.
