Global Security Forces Gather in Dubai for World Police Summit, Encouraging International Cooperation in Law Enforcement

The 4th annual World Police Summit is gearing up in Dubai from May 13th to 15th at Dubai World Trade Centre, under the esteemed patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai.

Organized by Dubai Police, this much-anticipated event is set to host more than 150 prestigious speakers and security gurus from over 100 countries. Known for fostering international collaboration in law enforcement, the summit promises to be a premier platform for global security discussions.

The event is slated to showcase the latest advancements in policing technology, community safety strategies, and cross-border cooperation. Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, emphasizes Dubai's significant role in shaping global security discourse through this summit.

This time around, the summit will feature renowned voices such as Irakli Beridze from UNICRI, U.S. diplomat Michael LeVine, anti-human trafficking advocate Theresa Flores, cybercrime expert Dr Charis Savvides, and ethics advisor Jimena Viveros. Special sessions will delve into children's rights and digital protection, guided by regional and international experts.

The 2023 summit is broken down into 12 thematic tracks across four platforms, focusing on areas like AI in policing, aviation security, cybercrime, money laundering, narcotics, organized crime, and digital transformation.

Emirates is back as the summit's official airline partner. Affirming their commitment to global security and counterterrorism cooperation, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and CEO of Emirates, reaffirms their commitment.

Powered by global institutions like the FBI, UNODC, EUROPOL, and IACP, the summit will also host an exhibition featuring over 200 companies demonstrating next-generation security innovations.
