Global Leaders Unite to Redefine Sustainable Business and Law

An international conference on sustainable business and law opened at Green University of Bangladesh on Thursday. Titled 'Innovation and Transformation for Development', the event focuses on linking environmental, social, and governance issues in emerging economies. Entrepreneurs from six countries gathered to share findings on topics ranging from corporate ethics to artificial intelligence.

The conference's central theme, 'Advancing sustainable business and law', was drawn from a 2023 research paper by Dr. Nkechi S. Ogbuanya. Her work explores how environment, society, and governance can be better integrated in fast-growing economies.

The conference brought together academics and professionals to tackle challenges in sustainable business practices. Selected papers and discussions will contribute to ongoing research on governance, ethics, and innovation in emerging markets. The event concludes with plans for further collaboration among participating institutions.
