Global Availability: MLS Season Pass Now Accessible on Apple TV App
The 2023 Major League Soccer (MLS) season is just around the corner, and fans worldwide can now prepare for an immersive and engaging experience, thanks to the launch of MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app.
Starting February 25, soccer enthusiasts can access all MLS and Leagues Cup matches, as well as hundreds of MLS NEXT Pro and MLS NEXT games, right at their fingertips. The pass will offer a variety of content, including pregame shows, a postgame wrap-up to close each night, and a five-hour live whip-around show, capturing all the key moments from every match.
Each club page offers a single destination for everything related to the club, including live matches, match previews, and other key content. Fans can find a schedule of all matches for their club, and enjoy featured stories and highlights that are updated regularly. Moreover, fans in the US and Canada can select their home team's radio for broadcast audio on the Apple TV app where available.
To personalize the experience, fans can select their favorite MLS club. Once a favorite club is selected, matches will automatically appear in the Up Next watchlist. Fans can also receive a notification on iPhone and iPad when their match is about to start.
Apple Maps is joining the excitement by launching several new custom-designed three-dimensional landmarks of MLS Stadiums in time for the season openers. Fans can visit Apple Maps to explore dedicated Match Day Guides created by MLS clubs.
Furthermore, fans can enjoy a variety of free on-demand content on MLS Season Pass, including content from MLS clubs, player profiles, highlights, replays of classic matches, and documentary-style vignettes. Beginning today, fans can enjoy club-curated playlists on Apple Music.
MLS Season Pass is now available worldwide on the Apple TV app. Fans can subscribe to MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app in more than 100 countries and regions. The subscription costs $14.99 per month during the season or $99 per season, with Apple TV+ subscribers getting a special price.
The production of MLS Season Pass is led by announcing teams featuring former players such as Osvaldo Alonso, Giovanni Savarese, Sacha Kljestan, Lloyd Sam, and Bradley Wright-Phillips, along with Callum Williams and Ian Joy. All matches on MLS Season Pass will have both English- and Spanish-language announcers, with matches involving Canadian teams also offering commentary in French.
