After four electrifying months, the Shaban Gishu Super Cup 2025 has come to a dramatic end, showcasing the raw talent and spirit of Roysambu Constituency's football scene.
Hosted across multiple pitches in Nairobi County, the competition drew participation from almost 30 local teams, creating a lively sporting culture and uniting communities through the beautiful game.
As the curtain fell on the tournament, the Githurai Sports Grounds became the hotspot for football enthusiasts from all across Nairobi, eager to witness the climactic matches.
In the men’s final, Githurai All-Stars (GAS) stormed past their adversaries, Roysambu FC, with an emphatic 4-1 victory. Their unerring finishing and team chemistry left no room for doubt - they were the undisputed champions of this year's competition.
Much like their male counterparts, the Starlets also showcased their dominance in the women's final, vanquishing Blitz Women 3-0. Their display of skill, unity, and determination served as the highlight of the 2025 edition.
To recognize their incredible achievements, the winning teams were awarded trophies and cash prizes in a ceremony graced by local dignitaries and sports patrons, symbolizing the importance of empowering youth through sport.
