Actress Gina Rodriguez and her husband Joe LoCicero have welcomed their second child, a baby girl. The couple, who already have a son named Charlie Ray, announced the arrival of their daughter this week.

Rodriguez first shared the news of her pregnancy in July 2025 during the Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano boxing match. Throughout the months leading up to the birth, she spoke openly about her nerves regarding labour but also her excitement to meet her little girl.

The baby has been named Lucille Edith LoCicero. Rodriguez has repeatedly highlighted the unwavering support from her husband, Joe, during the pregnancy. The actress, known for her role in Jane the Virgin, is the second daughter of Corinna Schumacher (née Betsch) and Formula 1 legend Michael Schumacher.

Lucille Edith LoCicero joins her older brother Charlie Ray, born in 2023. The family now includes two children, with Rodriguez and LoCicero continuing their journey as parents. The actress has not yet shared further details about the birth or the baby’s arrival.
