Although Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire didn't win the hearts of critics, the audience seems to like it better, as the audience score is at 86%. At the time of our latest update, the movie has a 44% critics rating on Rotten Tomatoes. In our Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire review, we stated, "Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire has its flaws, but Sony shouldn't put the franchise on ice just yet". Instead, we argued that it is a fun improvement on Afterlife, but one that struggles to give the large cast the attention they deserve.
