"Ghost will be featured in the prequel of 'Power: Origins', with Spence Moore II and Charlie Mann starring, according to Starz announcements"
Power: Origins, the prequel to the popular Power franchise, is set to return with its third and final season on Nov. 7. This series, produced by Lionsgate Television, follows the younger versions of characters portrayed by Omari Hardwick and Joseph Sikora in the original Power series.
Sascha Penn, the creator of Raising Kanan, is also the showrunner for Power: Origins. He co-wrote the pilot with the series' co-creator, Courtney A. Kemp, and serves as an executive producer alongside Kemp, Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson through G-Unit Film and Television, Pete Chatmon, Chris Selak, Mark Canton, Kevin Fox, and Courtney A. Kemp through her production company, End of Episode.
In Power: Origins, we meet Ghost (Moore II) and Tommy (Mann), ambitious young entrepreneurs on the rise in New York City. Spence Moore II and Charlie Mann have been cast as the leads, with MeKai Curtis reprising his role as younger Kanan Stark from Power Book III: Raising Kanan.
Charlie Mann is represented by Untitled Entertainment, Victoria Lepper Associates, and McKuin Frankel Whitehead, while Spence Moore II is represented by Independent Artist Group, Venture, and Goodman, Genow, Schenkman, Smelkinson & Christopher.
As Power Book III: Raising Kanan prepares for its upcoming fifth and final season, Power: Origins promises to continue the unbridled audacity of young men not just leveling up, but determined to become legends in the game. Power Book II: Ghost wrapped its four-season run in 2024, leaving Power: Origins as the last instalment in the Power franchise.
Don't miss the return of Power: Origins on Nov. 7. The stakes have never been higher, and the game has never been more intense.
