The German Armed Forces aim to enhance their drone defence capabilities with this acquisition. The contract for the tanks is valued at over €9 billion, with delivery scheduled for 2030.
The German government's order of more than 600 Skyranger 30 anti-aircraft tanks underscores its commitment to strengthening air defence. This significant investment, with a delivery timeline extending to 2030, signals a strategic enhancement of the German Armed Forces' capabilities.
