German Boxing Champion: Perlebergerin Holds the Title

In a dramatic turn of events at the German Boxing Championship U17 final, Rouhef Hasso and Dzana Hadzic went head-to-head. The initial decision, which declared Rouhef Hasso the winner, was later revised following a review.

The controversial decision in the final round of the fight cost Rouhef Hasso both the round and ultimately, the championship title in the U17 category. The managing board of the Boxing Association, after careful consideration, overturned the initial decision in favour of Dzana Hadzic.

The revised decision, announced in Frankfurt (Oder), awarded Rouhef Hasso the championship title in the U17 category (up to 70 kg). This change in decision meant that Hadzic was ultimately awarded the championship title, altering the final outcome of the match.

The incorrect basis of the competition rules was not considered during the initial announcement of the results. The German Boxing Association (DBV) later acknowledged this oversight and revised their decision.

Rouhef Hasso, who competed in the U17 title fights in Bremerhaven in April, was initially declared Vice Champion. However, she continued to fight bravely despite the controversial decision. Her determination paid off when she was eventually awarded the championship title.

This victory marks a significant achievement for Rouhef Hasso, who can now call herself German Boxing Champion instead of Vice Champion. It also means that the championship title of U17 now goes to the boxing club Redtel in Perleberg, where both Hasso sisters, Rouhef and Nassela, have won championship titles.

The city of Perleberg later informed in a press release that the controversial result was revised and eventually overturned. Rouhef Hasso received the winner's cup and championship certificate from Fazit Vatanparast, President of the DBV, during the corrected award ceremony.

The referee's decision was disputed by the officials of the boxing club Redtel, who were present at the final match. Despite the controversy, the German Boxing Championship U17 final between Rouhef Hasso and Dzana Hadzic will be remembered as a testament to the spirit of sportsmanship and the importance of fair play.

Meanwhile, Nassela Hasso, Rouhef's younger sister, also made history by winning the championship title in the U15 category (up to 66 kg). The Hasso sisters continue to shine in the world of boxing, bringing pride to their club and city.

Sports played a significant role in the heated contest between Rouhef Hasso and Dzana Hadzic during the German Boxing Championship U17 final. The initially controversial decision in the final round, which awarded Rouhef Hasso the victory, was later revised and overturned in favor of Hadzic, ultimately marking Hadzic as the new champion of the U17 sports category.
