Gathering well-recognized tunes for group singing.
On September 21, the Krasnodar Regional Philharmonic is organizing an open-air singing event called "Chorus Above Mountains". This communal singing experience will take place at 80, Karasunskaya Street, starting at 7:00 PM.
The event is an extension of the popular "Chorus Above Mountains" project, which has previously hosted similar events in Moscow and St. Petersburg this summer. Participants of all ages (6+) are welcome to join, as the organizers encourage a free and open atmosphere.
Participants will sing together, remembering beloved hits from both classic times and recent compositions. The project has published a list of songs for the event, including "Music Brought Us Together" by "Mirage", "Don't Believe Her Tears" by Shura, "It's Beautiful" by Valery Meladze, "Do You Know" by Maxim, "The Witch's Doll" by "King and Jester", "Samsara" by Basta, "Mother Earth" by Tatiana Kurokova, and "Kitchens" by "Bond with a Button".
Unlike previous events, it's not specified that a choir of vocalists will support the Krasnodar residents during the event. However, the event is expected to feature a choir of vocalists, adding an extra layer of harmony to the communal singing.
In addition to the singing event, the "Chorus Above Mountains" in Krasnodar will also host the "Metaphor" exhibition. The relationship between the two events is not specified, but they will both be taking place as part of the event.
Following the event, the organizers of "Chorus Above Mountains" in Krasnodar are offering guided tours for the City Day on September 27. So, mark your calendars and get ready for an unforgettable musical gathering in Krasnodar!
