Gathering of marathon runners, both veterans and beginners, in an international event
The Mogilev International Marathon, scheduled for September 28, is gearing up for a significant event - the second iteration of the "DobroFON" charity program. This initiative, first presented at the marathons in Mogilev, Belarus, in 2024, aims to support one of the local children and youth sports schools in Mogilev.
The marathon offers a variety of distances for participants, including the classic marathon (42.195 km), 10 km run, 3 km run, relay, and family runs. The start and finish of the marathon will be at the N2O sports and health center on Zlatoustovskaya Street, 1.
The "DobroFON" event in Mogilev is the third such event in 2025 within running events in Belarus. The initiator or founder of the program remains undisclosed. However, it is known that the betting company FONBET is the general partner of the prize fund for the Mogilev International Marathon.
The amount of aid for the sports school will be equivalent to the number of participants who start on September 28 in Mogilev. Previously, a total of 34,000 Belarusian rubles were allocated to support sports schools across the country from the "DobroFON" events in Brest and the Minsk Half Marathon.
In addition, the Mogilev International Marathon has been granted the status of the CIS Championship in Marathon. The partnerships for this event are working together to continue the "DobroFON" tradition, making this year's marathon an event not to be missed.
Whether you're a seasoned marathon runner or a casual participant, join the Mogilev International Marathon on September 28 to make a difference in the lives of young athletes. Let's run for a cause!
