Gathering for Palestine Music Event, Highlighting Performances by Damon Albarn, Paloma Faith, Adnan Joubran, and Faraj Suleiman
The music industry is coming together to support the Palestinian people in a significant way. On September 17, 2025, the OVO Arena Wembley in London will host the Together for Palestine benefit concert, an event organised by musician Brian Eno and a group of like-minded artists and activists.
The lineup features a diverse mix of UK and Palestinian artists, including Bastille, Paloma Faith, Riz Ahmed, Rina Sawayama, and Nai Barghouti, among others. British-born musician Brian Eno, a vocal supporter of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement, will also be performing and serving as one of the concert's executive producers.
This event aims to raise funds for humanitarian relief in Gaza through the charity Choose Love. Eno believes that the concert can become a moment of courage where artists come together to speak the truth in their hearts. He has been a long-time advocate for the Palestinian cause, having co-written an open letter to the International Criminal Court in 2024, urging immediate action against Israel's actions in Gaza.
The concert is not the first time Eno has spoken out in support of Palestine. In the past, he has formed a syndicate with other artists to protect those who protest against Israel's attacks on Gaza. Eno has also expressed regret for staying silent about the issue in the past, citing fear as a reason but acknowledging that this is changing.
Khaled Ziada, founder and director of the London Palestine Film Festival and co-organiser of the concert, described the gathering as a "chorus of resistance" where artists and communities come together to grieve, rage, and stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people.
Tickets for the Together for Palestine benefit concert will be available from August 4, with prices starting at £35 (Dh170). The concert's organisers include Eno, Ziada, British actor and activist Khalid Abdalla, and Victoria & Abdul producer Tracey Seaward.
Amnesty International and Doctors Without Borders are among the non-partisan organisations that have described the situation in Gaza as genocide. The funds raised from this concert will go to Palestinian partners via Choose Love, a UK charity that supports humanitarian efforts in conflict zones.
This concert is more than just a musical event; it is a testament to the power of music and solidarity in raising awareness and funds for a cause close to the hearts of many. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit the concert's official website.
