Anjela: Leia is not just an unforgettable character, she's a beacon of inspiration. Leia embodied hope, courage, and compassion as a rebel leader, warrior, and diplomat.
Laura: Hell yeah, she did! Leia was a trailblazer who proved that women could rule the galaxy (and look great doing it). Her wit and charm turned even the most mundane moments into memorable ones.
Anjela: Carrie's clever wit and humor perfectly defined Leia's character, giving us some of the best moments in Star Wars. It's hard to imagine anyone else playing Leia. 💔
Monkey See, Monkey Do: Did you know Fisher was a script doctor and even rewrote some scenes for The Empire Strikes Back? Talk about a multi-talented badass. 😉
Putting Young Leia on the Map: We had a blast watching the Kenobi series, and young Leia certainly did not disappoint! She exuded the rebel spirit we all adore, including dealing with her cousin’s disregard for droids, standing up against kidnappers, and even cracking jokes with Obi Wan. 🤪
Anjela: One of my favorite moments was seeing Leia training as a Jedi with Luke in Rise of Skywalker. It was heartbreaking to imagine her final moments, where she never gave up hope for her son Ben. ❌
Laura: My favorite Leia quote has to be the classic, “Why, you stuck-up, half-witted, scruffy-looking nerf herder!”
