Seven Suspects Arrested in Connection to Hanford Murder

A tragic incident that took place in Hanford, California, on April 18 has resulted in the arrest of seven individuals in connection to the murder of a 20-year-old mother, Nana Jeff Silva. The deadly shooting occurred in Silva's home, and she was found with a gunshot wound to the head, later succumbing to her injuries.

The group responsible for the home invasion reportedly broke into Silva's home, and during her last moments, she pleaded with the shooters, saying "Please don't do this, there are children here."

The Kings County District Attorney's office was involved in the tracking down and arrest of two of the suspects, Joseph Bernard and Jimmy Adame. Bernard, a 25-year-old, was arrested in Texas on Tuesday, with bail set at $5.1 million. Adame, an individual, was arrested during a traffic stop in Lemoore on Tuesday for an outstanding arrest warrant related to the murder, with bail set at $110,000.

The others, including Silva's distant cousin, Aiyana Jeff, were arrested earlier in the investigation. The total number of suspects arrested in connection to the murder now stands at seven.

Jimmy Adame, the latest suspect to be arrested, was taken into custody during a traffic stop. The Hanford Police Department, along with multiple agencies, collaborated over hundreds of hours investigating the case, conducting interviews, executing search warrants, and reviewing evidence.

Several guns were seized during the investigation, leading to additional charges. The investigation into the murder of Nana Jeff Silva is still ongoing, and no new information about its current status was provided.

Nana Jeff Silva leaves behind two young children, and her loss has deeply affected the community. Our thoughts are with her family and friends during this difficult time.
