Fundraising initiatives spearheaded by renowned Harburg football figure, Ingo Brussolo, aims at providing children with necessary dinnerware.
Ingo Brussolo, a passionate footballer from Harburg, has been making a significant impact in his community by raising funds for various charitable causes.
For several years, Brussolo has been organising an annual football tournament with an action program, collecting donations for good causes. His dedication has paid off, as he has managed to raise over 45,000 euros so far.
Last year, Brussolo donated 6,666 euros to the DRK "Kinderteller" in Neuwiedenthal, an initiative that offers free warm meals to children on weekends. This year, he added another 5,200 euros to that total. The money donated by Brussolo goes directly to the children who benefit from the "Kinderteller".
Brussolo's generosity extends beyond the "Kinderteller". He has also donated to the DLRG and the DRK Hamburg-Harburg. An additional 2,900 euros was donated by Sparkasse Harburg-Buxtehude, further supporting Brussolo's charitable efforts.
Ingo Brussolo's latest donation of 4,050 euros was made to the DRK team in Neuwiedenthal. The leaders of the DRK-Kita Grüne Insel, Sandra Nyame and Maike Lendt, received a symbolic check from Brussolo.
The "Kinderteller" is financed by donations like this one, and many volunteers are on hand on Saturday and Sunday to distribute the food, care for the children, and spend time with them at the "Kinderteller".
Brussolo's commitment to his community is commendable, and his continued support will undoubtedly make a difference in the lives of many children in Harburg.
