Fundraising initiative introduced for SG Lohberg's bus for the younger generation
SG Lohberg's Fundraising Campaign for a Club Bus
SG Lohberg, a passionate football club with a focus on youth development in Thuringia, Germany, is currently working towards a significant goal: acquiring a club bus to support youth football participation.
The biggest obstacle for the youth teams in SG Lohberg has been transportation to away games and training sessions. Travel to these events involves costly organization with private vehicles, and there are no shared rides, with a high risk of last-minute cancellations for away games.
To address this issue, SG Lohberg has collaborated with VfB 1919 Vacha, TSV Grün-Weiß Sünna, and SV Kali Unterbreizbach to form SG Lohberg. This collaboration aims to provide equal opportunities for all children in the club, regardless of their financial means or parental transportation.
The club board is seeking to collect 20,000 euros for a used minibus, insurance, club branding, fuel, maintenance, youth jerseys, and a first aid kit. An online appeal for donations can be found on www.betterplace.org.
The campaign supports youth and amateur sports, local volunteer engagement, and fosters team spirit and unity through shared rides. By contributing to this cause, individuals can help SG Lohberg provide a safe and organized travel solution for young talents.
To find more information, you can visit SG Lohberg’s official website or social media pages, check local news websites or community bulletins in Thuringia, contact SG Lohberg directly via email or phone, or look for regional sports associations or youth football organizations in Thuringia.
Many children from SG Lohberg rely on a club bus to attend training sessions, games, and tournaments. The club's volunteers, parents, and coaches regularly dedicate their time to support children and youth both athletically and socially.
By supporting this campaign, you're not only helping SG Lohberg but also promoting team spirit and unity within the local community. To help, individuals can support the campaign and share the link on www.betterplace.org with friends, colleagues, and family.
