In an unexpected turn of events, a human trafficking incident and a subsequent collision in Liebstadt, Germany, have left several individuals injured and led to multiple arrests.

The incident, which occurred on Friday, involved a collision between a human trafficking vehicle and a garbage truck on Schlossstraße, a busy road linking the market and Bachstraße. As a result, the area was closed until around 13:15 to allow for the response and cleanup efforts.

The collision resulted in injuries to a police officer and two employees of the waste management company. No further details about the extent of their injuries have been released.

In the human trafficking vehicle, 24 illegal immigrants, including infants and toddlers, were found. The smuggler who was driving the vehicle and his accomplice were arrested at the scene.
