Fugitive Jimi Blue Oxenbender evades capture.

Actor Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht, son of German film star Uwe Ochsenknecht, has been extradited to Austria to face charges of serious fraud. The extradition took place on Wednesday morning, following a multi-day transport across Germany.

The fraud charges against Ochsenknecht stem from a birthday celebration he hosted in December 2021, which reportedly led to financial damage exceeding €5,000. As a result, the case is being handled at the Innsbruck Regional Court.

Ochsenknecht was provisionally arrested at the end of June upon landing at Hamburg Airport. He was later released on bail of €15,000 by the Innsbruck public prosecutor's office, after surrendering his passport and promising to remain in Austria until the proceedings are concluded.

The actor has reportedly confessed to his actions and expressed remorse, accepting responsibility for the accusations. However, no trial date has been set yet.

The exact date of Ochsenknecht's extradition, as well as the details of his journey across Germany, have been made public. He was driven through several intermediate stations before being handed over to Austrian authorities.

Ochsenknecht is accused of failing to pay a hotel bill of approximately 14,000 euros in Austria. During the interrogation, he took responsibility for the matter but remained silent on the suspicion. His passport has been deposited at the court.

No new information about the extradition procedures was provided, as Ochsenknecht was granted bail and is required to stay in Austria for the trial. The actor has promised to do so, expressing regret for his actions on Instagram, stating, "I should have known how serious the situation is, and I should never have let it get this far. That was wrong."
