In a significant development, French President Emmanuel Macron and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a telephone conversation on July 1st. This marks the second time Macron has shared details of his conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin with Zelensky, following their initial conversation on June 16th.
