Freightos reports $29.5M revenue in 2025 with 24% annual growth

Freightos has reported strong growth for 2025, with annual revenue climbing to $29.5 million. The company's latest financial results also show a 24% increase compared to the previous year. Quarterly performance remained positive, though margins saw a slight dip from 2024 levels.

For the fourth quarter of 2025, Freightos recorded $7.4 million in revenue, a 12% rise from the same period in 2024. The company's gross booking value (GBV) reached $357 million, up 27% year over year. Platform revenue grew by 13% in the quarter, while solutions revenue increased by 12% for the same period and 27% for the full year.

Freightos processed 445,000 bookings in the quarter, a 27% jump from the previous year. Its active carrier network remained steady at 77 carriers, unchanged from the previous quarter but up from 67 a year earlier. The number of active freight forwarders in the network also grew, rising from around 380 in 2023 to approximately 450 in 2024.

The non-IFRS gross margin for the quarter stood at 72.7%, slightly lower than the 74.3% reported a year ago. However, the full-year margin improved to 73.7%, marking a 130-basis-point increase over 2024. Despite revenue growth, adjusted EBITDA remained negative, at $2.7 million for the quarter and $11.2 million for the year. At the end of the quarter, the company held $27.9 million in cash and short-term deposits.

Freightos closed 2025 with higher revenue and booking volumes, though profitability remains a challenge. The company's expanded carrier and forwarder network supports its growth, while cash reserves provide a financial buffer. Further improvements in margins and cost management will be key moving forward.
