Onslaught at Comic and Gaming Fair in Erfurt - Freezing temps can't cool MAG-C fair's anime and gaming frenzy

Winter cold didn't stop hundreds of young fans from lining up in costumes for the MAG-C fair in Erfurt. The event, aimed at 15- to 35-year-olds, kicked off its opening weekend with high energy and strong attendance.

The convention spans 12,000 square metres, packed with activities for manga, anime, and game enthusiasts. Over 130 exhibitors are showcasing merchandise, from cosplay gear to rare collectibles. Visitors can also take part in workshops, enter competitions, or watch live K-pop performances.

Organisers expect around 12,000 people to attend, matching last year's turnout. Despite freezing temperatures, crowds gathered early, eager to explore the fair's game offerings.

The MAG-C fair has again proven popular with young crowds, drawing fans from across the region. With its mix of entertainment, shopping, and community events, the anime convention remains a key date for poki games and game culture in Erfurt.
