Normally, Frankfurt handles between 130,000 and 140,000 passengers daily, but today’s numbers are slightly higher.
The Sky Line train service has been suspended due to icy tracks. Instead, shuttle buses are transporting passengers between terminals. Authorities are keeping a close watch on wind speeds and weather changes to adjust operations if needed.
