A 14-year-old kid got slapped with attempted murder charges following two brutal stabbings that went down in Merseyside. The local po-po dished out these allegations as well as charges for wounding with intent and carrying a sharp object in public area. This punk's clearing his name at the Liverpool Youth Remand court this coming Friday.

Cops were called to Whitefield Drive in Kirkby at around 8:25 PM on Wednesday due to reports of two teenagers getting knifed. They discovered a 15-year-old lad and a 14-year-old girl, both sporting knife wounds. Fortunately, they're reported to be in a stable condition at the hospital.

A second suspect, a 15-year-old boy, was nabbed and questioned for attempted murder and wounding with intent. Strictly hush-hush on the details, but authorities ain’t revealing a thing about his current status.

Despite the arrest and charges, the Merseyside Police declared their investigation as a still-bloody ongoing affair. They implored anyone with information to step forward and spill the beans. A S60 order's in effect in Kirkby to give cops extra stop-and-search powers until 6 PM on Friday.
