Four Chefs Dazzle with Unique Starters in Culinary Showcase

Four talented chefs presented their unique starters to Victoria Fuchs, with renowned juror Titti Qvarnström tasting and judging each dish. The dishes ranged from Anja Rummel's caramelized meatballs to Matthias Engelmann's peanut chicken, Christian Kriegl's potato gnocchi, and Silvia Kurda's arugula salad.

Anja Rummel kicked off the presentations with her caramelized meatballs, served with a carrot pesto salad and toasted ciabatta topped with tomato confit. Matthias Engelmann followed with a peanut chicken dish, accompanied by an Asian noodle salad.

Christian Kriegl offered a hearty potato gnocchi with sausage, melon, and a chive oil drizzle. Silvia Kurda presented a refreshing arugula salad, featuring lemon vinaigrette, sweet potato cubes, and breaded feta.

Each candidate showcased their culinary skills and creativity, presenting a diverse range of flavours and textures. Juror Titti Qvarnström had the challenging task of tasting and evaluating these impressive starters.
