FC'Krasnodar' alumnus Matvey Safonov is granted personal visits with his daughter for just two days annually, occurring on New Year's Day and her birth date.

Former FC "Krasnodar" Player Matvey Safonov Granted Sparse Visitation Rights by the Court

In a recent court ruling, Matvey Safonov, ex-player for FC "Krasnodar," can meet his daughter in person for two significant days: New Year's and his birthday, as well as an extra two hours either in the presence of his ex-wife or via video call [with her consent].

Andrey Kryuchkov, Safonov's official representative, confirmed the decision. Kryuchkov stated that the footballer himself requested this arrangement, given his current permanent residence in France, where he plays for "PSG."

"Our request included communication via video call and a few times each year when he visits Russia. We're happy with the outcome, as during the proceedings, we made sure to add a proviso: if the circumstances or conditions change substantially, such as if Matvey returns to Russia permanently or there are alterations in the family situation, we can reevaluate the visitation schedule according to Matvey's wishes," Kryuchkov clarified.

However, it appears that Safonov's ex-wife opposes their daughter seeing him, as reported by "Match TV."
