Foran extraordinary circumstance, Zoe Kravitz was compelled to demolish Taylor Swift's restroom.
In an unexpected turn of events, the backstory of Taylor Swift's upcoming album has been linked to a rather peculiar incident involving actress Zoë Kravitz and her mother, Lisa Bonet. The tale unfolds during the California wildfires when the duo sought refuge at Swift's home.
It all started when Lisa Bonet's pet snake, Orpheus, slipped away during a bathroom break. The snake found a hole next to a built-in banquette and ventured into it, leaving Bonet and Kravitz in a predicament.
Kravitz, upon discovering the snake's predicament, tried to seek help. However, her assistant was unhelpful, and she had to call Swift's house manager for assistance. In a bid to rescue Orpheus, the house manager used a crowbar to tear apart the banquette and the surrounding tile and walls. Unfortunately, this resulted in significant damage to the bathroom.
Kravitz promised to cover the repair costs and asked that the incident remain unreported until the repairs were completed. However, the news eventually reached Swift, who was surprisingly understanding.
The incident occurred during a stressful time, with the wildfires causing concern, and it highlights the unexpected challenges that can arise from trying to protect pets in unexpected situations.
Swift's new album, initially playfully suggested to be named 'Orpheus', was actually announced to be called The Life of a Showgirl. The name has been hinted multiple times, and Swift officially announced it on Travis Kelce's podcast.
Kravitz shared the amusing story on the Late Show with Seth Meyers, adding a touch of humour to the unusual event. Despite jokingly suggesting that the incident might inspire a song, Swift's next album's title remains The Life of a Showgirl.
