Football team Hung Yen triumphs at the National U11 Championship of the Nestlé MILO Cup 2025

Nestlé Vietnam is making a significant contribution to Vietnam's sustainable development by supporting the National U11 Football Championship, an annual event organised by the Youth Vanguard and Children Newspaper in collaboration with the Vietnam Football Federation and the Ministry of Education and Training.

Le Bui Thi Mai Uyen, the director of MILO and Dairy Products at Nestlé Vietnam, emphasised that the company's involvement in the championship is part of Nestlé MILO's long-term commitment to implementing the 'Active Vietnam' initiative. This initiative aims to encourage an active and healthy lifestyle among the youth.

The final match of the National U11 Football Championship 2025 was a thrilling encounter between Hung Yen and Bac Ninh at Quang Nam Stadium. The turning point came with seven minutes left, when Quoc Viet scored the decisive goal for Hung Yen, securing their first-ever victory in the championship. In the closing minutes, Bac Ninh pushed forwards in search of an equaliser, but it was not to be.

Lang Son and Viet Hung (Thanh Hoa) shared third place in the tournament. The match was a top-notch performance, showcasing the passion and sportsmanship of the young players. Nguyen Phan Khue, editor-in-chief of the Youth Vanguard and Children Newspaper, expressed his delight, stating that the passion and sportsmanship will continue to burn in the hearts of every child.

Nestlé MILO has been a pivotal force in the National U11 Football Championship since 1996. The company's commitment to the event has been instrumental in spreading sportsmanship and nurturing a dynamic young generation.
