The University Nations Commission recently released a report, accusing Israel of committing the crime against humanity of "extermination" by attacking Palestinian civilians seeking shelter in schools and religious sites in Gaza. The report also revealed the devastating impact on the Palestinian education system in the West Bank and East Jerusalem due to increased Israeli military activity, harassment of students, and settler attacks. The commission stresses the urgent need to protect children from further harm and suffering.
