Football competition titled Sugbu Football Fest set to kick off this Saturday
The Sugbu Football Fest 2025, organised by the Sugbu Calidad Football Club, is set to bring a vibrant and fun-filled football experience to the Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC) on August 2-3, 2025. Over 150 teams from Cebu, Negros, Bohol, and nearby areas will participate in this inaugural festival, which features 10 categories spanning different age groups and divisions [1][2].

The Sugbu Football Fest consists of 10 categories: mix 6, mix 8, mix 10, mix 12, boys 14, girls 14, boys 16, intercompany, men’s open, and ladies' open. Individual awards, including Most Valuable Player (MVP), Best Goalkeeper, Best Midfielder, and Best Defender, will be presented in each category [1].
