Fools Garden marks its 33rd anniversary in 2024
The pop band Fools Garden, along with Kulturhaus Osterfeld, will be hosting a three-day festival in August 2024. The event is set to take place at Kulturhaus Osterfeld on the 3rd of August, with the charity gala taking place a day earlier, on the 2nd of August, at the CongressCentrum.
The festival will feature a diverse lineup of artists, musicians, and bands, many of whom share a common history with Fools Garden. Notable artists performing on Saturday include Peter Schilling, Laith Al-Deen, Johnny Logan, Daphne de Luxe, Jule Neigel, Dieter "Maschine" Birr, Pe Werner, Christoph Sonntag, Rolf Stahlhofen, Jay Alexander, Karl Frierson, Harry Klenk, and "special guests". On Sunday, August 4, 2024, Fools Garden will be joined by Die Hoehner, Dieter Thomas Kuhn, Eure Muetter, Stumpes Zieh und Zupf Kapelle, Alfons, die Fuenf, Orange Blue, Norman Keil, 3 Miles to Essex, John Fleming Olson, Ingo Oschmann, Jean Jacques Kravetz, Nadia Kossinskaja, Ernst Mantel, and "special guests".
The festival will take place in the Inner Courtyard and Large Hall of Kulturhaus Osterfeld. A ticket for a single festival day costs 59 euros. For those interested in attending the entire three-day event, a ticket costs 149 euros and includes a VIP ticket for the "Meet and Greet" on August 2.
For persons in wheelchairs, disabled persons with a disability of 60% or more, and holders of the Pforzheim Pass, a discounted day ticket of 39 euros is available in advance (these tickets are only available at the box office of the Kulturhaus Osterfeld).
The festival is in honour of the band's 33 years of existence. The event will also include a charity gala, with a tombola for charitable purposes, with the money going to the "Water is Right" foundation and "People in Need".
The first evening will see performances from the Grammy-winning SWR Big Band and the Southwest German Chamber Orchestra.
The festival will feature numerous musical guests and some surprises. A lounge for meetings is planned for both days in the Painters' Hall. Tickets for the festival will go on sale starting Saturday, November 4, 2023.
