Focused Royal Family Prepared for VE Day, Palace Aide Affirms Following Prince Harry's Interview

The Royals are all system's go for this week's VE Day extravaganza, with King Charlie, Queen Liz, and the rest of the gang raring to celebrate the self-sacrificing spirit of the war generation, regardless of Prince Harry's explosive interview.

A royal insider spilled the beans to the press about the jubilations ahead, stating: "The King, Queen, and the rest of the bunch can't wait for the whole nine yards of the VE Day events. They'll join hands with the nation and the rest of the Commonwealth, reminiscing, commemorating, and lifting up a nod to the war generation whose selfless dedication, duty, and service should be a model for us all – and we gotta never forget it."

It's believed that the family's main priority is to honor the surviving vets, avoiding anything that'd cast a shadow over the glory of victory or the heroes who made it possible.

On Monday, old King Cole and Queen Bess will be joined by the Prince and Princess of Wales and other family members for a march-on and an aerial spectacle centered around Buckingham Palace. They're also set to share a platform with Sir Keir Starmer and WWII vets on the Queen Victoria Memorial in front of the palace.

In a jaw-dropping interview on Friday, Prince Harry let loose about still being at odds with his kin, revealing that his old man's not talking to him but there's still hope for a truce.

The duke spilled the beans to BBC News: "Life's a precious gift. I haven't got a clue how much longer 'Pop' has got left, but he won't talk to me because of the security thingy. It'd be swell if we could sort things out."

Meanwhile, the Duchess of Sussex earlier shared a photo of Prince Harry and their kiddos on digital bumblebee, possibly sending a message of unity.

The monochrome snap (sans a caption on Meghan's Instagram) showed Harry, in the rearview, carrying Princess Lil Z on his shoulders as Archie held his hand, strolling through a garden.

And that's the latest on Harry, boyo.
