They have reached out to Omsk region's governor, Vitally P. Khotenko, and the regional government for assistance. With their help, a fire-rescue water pumping station began operating at 7 a.m. today. Four motorized pumps are still working, helping with the emergency situation, as well as compassionate local residents. So far, there have been no reports of flooded homes. If homes are inundated or in danger of flooding, residents are urged to contact the emergency hotline of the Okoenechikovsky district (22-166 or 112)."
