Five individuals detained for involvement in the violent disturbance in Nuh, Haryana

The incident occurred on August 12, 2025, in Mundaka village, where a disagreement between a Muslim youth (Isra or son of Isra) and a Hindu youth (Samay Singh Saini) escalated into a confrontation that involved stone pelting, glass bottle attacks, and arson. The violence left around ten people injured and resulted in the burning of a motorcycle and several shops.
Reinforcements from Hajipur joined the initial fight, intensifying the clash. However, the police intervened promptly, restoring normalcy after several hours of disruption and traffic snarls.

The authorities emphasized that the clash is not communal in nature and warned against spreading rumors, with strict legal action promised for those inciting unrest.
