Firefighters and emergency responders of Los Angeles are granted access to Universal Studios Hollywood free of charge as a token of appreciation for their efforts during the recent wildfires.
Universal Studios Hollywood Offers "First Responder Heroes Ticket" for New Year's Eve Celebration and Beyond
Universal Studios Hollywood is extending a special offer to active first responders, including firefighters, police officers, sheriff's deputies, National Guard, paramedics, and emergency medical technicians. Eligible first responders can receive a complimentary 1-Day General Admission ticket and a 50% discount on up to three additional tickets, valid through April 10, 2025.
This gesture of appreciation acknowledges the vital service provided by first responders. The ticket is for a standard general admission and does not include Express Pass or other upgrades. This offer is separate from other ticket deals and is specifically targeted at active first responders.
To redeem the "First Responder Heroes Ticket", eligible first responders must present appropriate identification to confirm eligibility when redeeming the ticket in person at the park's dedicated first responder ticket booth. The ticket can only be redeemed for the same-day visit and online redemption is not available. First responders also have the option to purchase up to three additional 1-Day General Admission tickets for guests within their party at a 50% discount on the day of visit.
The "First Responder Heroes Ticket" offer is available for purchase now through October 9, 2024. On January 31, 2025, Universal Studios Hollywood will offer a similar ticket to active first responders for the New Year's Eve celebration, "EVE". This event features exclusive private lounges, buffet dinner, champagne toast, VIP fireworks viewing areas, unlimited Universal Express Access, live music, and non-stop fun on rides and attractions.
Universal Studios Hollywood is transforming three areas of the park into uniquely-themed party hubs that will light up at midnight with a traditional New Year countdown and a spectacular fireworks display.
The offer does not extend to retired and volunteer first responders. All accompanying guests must be present at the time of visit to receive the discounted rate.
