Fire Department Engages in 13 Operations Due to Weather Conditions in Schwalmtal

At 18:38, the Waldniel fire station was alerted to Leloh due to a flooding risk in a farm area. The firefighters controlled the water using pumps. At 18:48, the Amern fire station was called in to assist with flooding in a second building in Leloh. The firefighters successfully pumped out the building. A larger incident occurred at 22:15 in the Linde district, involving a heavily contaminated road due to washed-away mud. The firefighters cleaned the road and restored traffic safety using two hoses.
