Finland’s glass fiber fabric market surges 8.7% in 2024 to $54M

Finland’s glass fiber fabrics market grew by 8.7% in 2024, reaching a value of $54 million. The rise followed a year of increased production, exports, and consumption across the sector.

Domestic consumption of glass fiber fabrics peaked at $56 million in 2024. Despite this high figure, the overall trend remained relatively stable over recent years.

The Finnish glass fiber fabrics market expanded in 2024, driven by higher production, rising exports, and increased consumption. With imports growing sharply and exports finding strong demand—particularly in Denmark—the sector appears to be on solid footing for the near term.
