Finalists Announced for the 2025 Dallas Market Center Lighting Showroom of the Year Award
The Dallas Market Center has unveiled the finalists for its 2025 Showroom of the Year Awards, an annual recognition honoring top lighting retailers across North America. The prestigious award ceremony, which will be held on June 19, honors retail establishments based on various criteria, including merchandising display, customer service, employee education, marketing, and community involvement.
Applicants are categorized according to their annual revenue, with three distinct categories: Under $2 Million, $2 Million-$5 Million, and Over $5 Million. In each category, finalists are named, and a panel of industry experts will conduct further evaluation to determine the Showroom of the Year in each division. In addition to the primary categories, specialty awards will be handed out for Outstanding Merchandising Display, Exceptional Community Involvement, and the new title, Showroom of the Future, recognizing innovation, digital engagement, modern tools, and technology-enhanced in-store experiences.

Revenue $2 Million–$5 Million- Bright Ideas Inc., Albuquerque, NM- EL Design, Elk Grove Village, IL- Lee Lighting, Arlington, TX- The Lighting Corner, Grandville, MI- The Lighting House, Shelburne, VT
Revenue $5 Million and Over- Dominion Lighting, Arlington, VA- Hermitage Design, Nashville, TN- Lighting Design, Draper, UT- Lighting Inc., San Antonio, TX- Lightology, Chicago, IL
The special ceremony will take place at 6:00 PM on June 19 in the Trade Mart fourth floor elevator lobby during the June 18-21 Lightovation show in Dallas. The event, accessible to all Lightovation attendees, will feature Linda Longo, a longtime lighting editor and the official media partner for the Showroom of the Year Awards. The judging process involved an esteemed group of industry experts, including Courtney Garrigan, president and co-founder of Coco & Dash; Nancy Leffler Mikulich, founder and principal designer of Oasis Home by NLM Design Interiors; and Warren Shoulberg, a renowned business journalist and contributing editor.
