FFW Siegenstein Kids Earn First Badge in Historic Challenge

Last Saturday marked a significant milestone for the children's group of FFW Siegenstein. The group, led by Cornelia and Andreas Heimerl, earned their first watch in a series of challenging tasks.

The journey began in 1961 when the first badge was awarded to seven child aged six to eleven. The group's first task involved sorting firefighting gear, identifying and removing items that didn't belong. At the second station, the children demonstrated their quick thinking and first aid skills by correctly reacting to finding an injured person and checking their breathing.

The children's group of FFW Siegenstein has come a long way since 1961. Their successful completion of the badge tasks last Saturday is a testament to their dedication and the guidance of their leaders, Cornelia and Andreas Heimerl.
