Festival in Karlsruhe to welcome a new performer
Get ready for an unforgettable festival experience as "Das Fest," the biggest family festival in southern Germany, returns to Karlsruhe in 2025. This year's event promises a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere with a star-studded lineup.
The highlight of the opening day on Thursday, 24th July, will be Max Giesinger, a former attendee of "Das Fest," who will be returning with a special show to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the festival. Joining him will be his band and special guests Johannes Oerding and Mieze Katz. Intriguingly, two secret acts are also scheduled to perform, one of whom is a legendary figure in German music and another who is among the most successful German musicians ever, both making their "Das Fest" debuts[1][2][3].
Faithless, 01099, Amy Macdonald, and Clueso are among the other headliners for the festival, which will run from Friday to Sunday[1]. Awareness teams will be on hand to ensure comfort for all festival-goers, including families and party fans.
To access "Das Fest," visitors can use bike, foot, or public transportation, with special lines running every 10 to 5 minutes. However, large backpacks and personal food and drinks are not permitted.
