Federal police officers hurt in assault by teenage suspect in BPOLI MD incident
In Halle, Germany, a 16-year-old cher was arrested on August 10, 2025, following an incident at the Silberhöhe S-Bahn station. The suspect is facing charges of resisting and assaulting law enforcement officers, insulting, and bodily harm.
The incident unfolded when the teenager was controlled by the Federal Police at the station. However, he had previously disrupted a police measure and insulted officers, refusing to provide his personal details and moving away from them.
The situation escalated when the suspect attacked both officers with punches, causing skin abrasions and injuries to the face. He also pushed a federal police officer in the chest, causing injury.
In response, additional forces from the state and federal police were requested for support. The affected officers received medical care via a requested ambulance.
Following the incident, the suspect was found again in the vicinity of the halt a short time later.
