Federal Law Enforcement Agents apprehend woman found with illicit substances and a Karambit knife at Chemnitz Main Railway Station

In an incident that took place on August 18, 2025, at 6:30 PM, a woman was arrested at Chemnitz Central Station by federal police officers. The woman, whose identity was initially questionable, was found to have a white crystalline substance weighing over 10 grams in a clip in her backpack, along with several drug paraphernalia.

Upon searching her apartment in Zwickau, further small amounts of drugs, a starter pistol, a taser, two air guns, a karambit knife, and a stolen and wanted bicycle from Dresden were discovered. The leadership person responsible for the described action at the Bundespolizeiinspektion Chemnitz remains unnamed in available search results.

The woman was charged with violating the Narcotics Act and for providing a false name. After consultation with the public prosecutor's office, she was temporarily released. The criminal investigation against her continues.

It was later revealed that a check of her details showed that she had previously been involved in cases of drug-related offenses.
