Father publicly displays decapitated head of deceased parent in disturbing pro-Trump YouTube upload
In a shocking turn of events, Justin Mohn, a 32-year-old man from Pennsylvania, has been arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse, and possessing an instrument of crime with intent. The alleged victim is Michael Mohn, Justin's father.
According to court records, Justin Mohn has a history of filing lawsuits against federal agencies, including the US government. In one case in 2020, he sued his former employer, Progressive Insurance, for alleged wrongful termination and sex discrimination against men. Intriguingly, Mohn represented himself in all three cases.
The arrest took place approximately 100 miles away from the crime scene, near a National Guard Base, with Mohn reportedly armed at the time. Police apprehended him in connection with the gruesome discovery of his father's body.
Mohn's mother, Denice, found his father's body and then called the police around 7 pm on Tuesday 30 January 2024. Denice told police that she'd last been home at 2 pm and that her son was the only person there with his father. Later that evening, when she returned home, she discovered that her son was missing along with a car registered to her husband that had been in the driveway.
A 14-minute-long video on the youtube platform titled Mohn's Militia-Call To Arms For American Patriots has been linked to Justin Mohn. The video, which was taken down for violating youtube's policies prohibiting graphic violence and violent extremism, shows Justin Mohn wearing gloves and holding his father's head in a plastic bag. The head is also seen in a cooking pot.
In the video, Mohn referred to his father as a 'traitor' and attacked various groups, including the Joe Biden administration, the Black Lives Matter movement, the LGBTQIA+ community, and Antifa activists. The video contained outrageous right-wing conspiracy theories.
