Clientele on the Israeli news portal, Ynet, shared the sad news. Lena, Nastia's grandmother, and her two young cousins were also casualties of the rocket attack. Unfortunately, searches continue for Nastia's mother, Maria, who is presumed dead.
In a heartwrenching twist, Nastia's father was fighting against Russian invaders in Ukraine at the time of the attack. Israeli President Izchak Herzog expressed his condolences in a poignant statement, stating: "She came in search of life. Instead, she was murdered - along with her mother Maria, her young cousins Konstantin and Ilja, and her grandmother Lena - by a deadly Iranian rocket."
At least eight individuals lost their lives, and many more were injured in the strike on a multi-story building in Bat Yam.
