Fan support could potentially ignite another Daredevil film, asserts Charlie Cox

Actor Charlie Cox, who brings Daredevil to life on screen, has hinted that the passion from fans might be just what's needed to see the Man Without Fear grace the big screen once again.
During a chat at the SAG-AFTRA Foundation, Cox admitted he's the last person to ask about the prospects of a Daredevil feature film, advocating for everyone to put pen to paper (or fingers to keyboards) and contact the powers-that-be, aka Disney and Marvel. To Cox, the boundary between the small screen and the cinematic experience is barely noticeable, given that the cast and crew had the privilege of watching the first two episodes of every season in a theater, something he believes should be enjoyed by all, not just the creators.
Now, we can't help but wonder if Cox's words are just a clever smoke screen, seeing as he's quite adept at delivering lies when embodying this character. If the timing is right, fans are confident that Daredevil could make a cinematic comeback. The resurrection of Jennifer Garner's Elektra, who originated in the 2003 Daredevil movie and had her own solo flick, in the latest Deadpool and Wolverine film is a promising sign. The postponed Avengers: Doomsday and Secret Wars, along with the upcoming Spider-Man ventures, could pave the way for Daredevil's return.
Whether it's on the big screen, in another series, or the continuation of his own show, which is slated for a 2026 return[1][4][5], Cox stands prepared to continue Matt Murdock's tale, expressing his ongoing enthusiasm for the role. And with fans eagerly following in his footsteps, Daredevil's next adventure is open to endless possibilities.
