Famed Oscar winner Gerd Nefzer graces Schwäbisch Hall, bringing Hollywood glamour close to home.

Mayor Daniel Bullinger (FDP) extended a warm welcome to Nefzer, describing him as "very down-to-earth" and a good fit for the city. Nefzer, who has added his name to the Golden Book of Schwäbisch Hall three times, was accompanied by his family and his three Oscars.
During his visit, Nefzer shared some insights about his future projects. He confirmed his involvement in Denis Villeneuve’s Dune trilogy, with production for the next film installment set to begin in mid-2025. This collaboration signifies a continued working relationship with Villeneuve, a notable director he has worked with previously.
