Famed author Stephen King favors this actor to portray him in his biographical film
Stephen King Suggests Christopher Lloyd and Kyle MacLachlan for Biopic Role
In a recent interview with The Guardian, Stephen King, the acclaimed author known as the "King of Horror", expressed his thoughts about a potential biopic based on his life and shared his preferred actors for the role.
During the interview, King was asked about his feelings regarding a biopic and his preferred actor. He stated that he would love Brad Pitt to play him, but believes that Pitt may not take on the role due to their age difference. King, who is 77 years old, mentioned that while he would love a "good-looking leading man" like Pitt, Pitt is "a lot better-looking" than he is, and since King is older now, he thinks actors like Christopher Lloyd or Kyle MacLachlan would be more appropriate choices.
Lloyd, known for his role as Doc Brown in the "Back to the Future" series, and MacLachlan, famous for his role as Agent Dale Cooper in "Twin Peaks", were both suggested by King as potential actors to portray him in the biopic.
It is unclear if the film "Bullet Train", which King wrote, is the one he is referring to in the context of the interview. However, it is worth noting that many of King's novels have been adapted into films, including "It" starring Bill Skarsgård, "The Shining" with Jack Nicholson, "The Green Mile", and "Misery".
The interview did not confirm whether a biopic based on Stephen King's life will be made. Nonetheless, King's suggestions for actors to portray him in a biopic have certainly sparked interest among fans.
